Graze Master Group

Another harvest is coming, followed by a vast clean slate of soil to imagine something even better growing upon. When our ancestors first settled here, one of the first structures they built were schools. They valued growing food for themselves and their neighbors. They valued lifelong learning.

“There’s a reason they call them family trees,” I thought to myself the other night after dinner, taking my hand and brushing over the ruddy bark as cicadas vibrated the air in the background.

It’s not for the faint of heart out here. Those signs on many farmhouse walls that say “Faith – Family – Farming,” can be deceiving. Not even all the faith in the world can pull some of these farms through.
