“Perspective”

The differences between farms run deep. Those differences can get super personal. Perspectives on farms are entirely different.

Our Graze Master team has seen and lived those differences.

We aren’t here to gossip about those differences. That helps no one.  But, we do know it has been an inequitable farming game by design. It has hurt some people horribly and helped others believe they are ahead unnaturally.

That’s why we set out to do something constructive about the problems facing agriculture for the people who know it’s just not working anymore.

Here’s what we will do:

We can sit with you and empathize.

We can validate your why and help you understand a broader perspective.

We can affirm the good decisions you have made.

We can challenge you and bring you a host of options and resources that can help you. Take them or leave them.

You will have to be prepared to learn and set your ego aside at times.

We can absorb the tension that can arise when positive options are presented to some family members. We have effective ways to redirect belligerence about new perspectives in ways that sometimes just can’t be implemented when family members are trying to tackle change alone.

If you are like we are and cannot accept that the inevitable is more chemicals, more soil erosion,  exhaustive water use, and fewer farms and ranches across the nation every year, we’re the professionals for you.

We can’t accept the depletion of our natural resources are justified because you can make a lot of money that way. That’s downright greed any way you look at it. That is the hardest pill to swallow, because there’s hard work and history involved. But that’s the way it is, so that’s the way we think about it and bring solutions forward to address those realities where they exist.

The hope is when we think about it that way, (the way it actually is), we can take the steps to making it so much better. We really can. The real joy and reward is in the sharing the good news with others. It really is.

We also know what it’s like to have your hands completely tied and no power to change even if you want to. You do have power though and we will help you discover where you realistically have it and what you can do with it in a positive direction. We have the backs of these people. We can truly help those scenarios too.

There’s no escaping that our farms are all on the same planet. We know there are neighbors that absolutely hate some of their farming neighbors because of the way this ag system turned out. But we are all here together and we best try and bridge some gaps.

This isn’t a game. But, in a lot of depraved ways it became a game. Our children are trying to figure out what the games are all about. Some of those children of a broken ag system are now other professionals we are working with. Honestly agriculture nearly broke some of them, and literally broke their hearts in some cases. They are some of the most effective people and professional partners we get the pleasure of working with.

Here’s what we know based on our frontline experiences. We need to get some things straightened out really quickly before our children and the world’s children inherit an absolute mess both on and off the farm.

We know who thinks they are winning monetarily. We also know sometimes those monetary winners in farming are losing in every other way that matters. We know banks have played a big role in shaping this imbalanced perspective. We so enjoy working with banking and financial institutions looking at new ways to better serve all their customers while building a better rural landscape.

The people who contact us know we mean business. We aren’t here to entertain you, gossip about your neighbor, or bait you with hats and trinkets.

We are here equipped to help you grow your perspective, increase your profitability in ways that help you look in the mirror and like what you see, and we are here to listen and learn from you too.

Give us a call/text if professional services like those outlined above sound beneficial to you. Contact Kerry Hoffschneider at 402-363-8963 or schedule a NO-COST farm assessment call at www.grazemastergroup.com
